With lovely friends & good music Not to worry we will be back the end of August with a Vintage Voudou forró special \u2605 TRINKA (AGOGO RECORDS) is a contemporary Afro-Brazilian music trio that brings together the organic energy and rhythmic richness of different Lusophone traditions. Formed by Brazilian singer-songwriter Dandara Modesto, Portuguese guitarist and producer João Pires, and Brazilian percussionist Juninho Ibituruna, the group reveals its gentle brilliance with an affirmative tone of life in their debut EP Afro-Brazilian rhythms, vocals, guitar, and electronic elements, featuring original lyrics by Lusophone writers, including the renowned Angolan author José Eduardo Agualusa, as well as Brisa Marques and Pedro Luís.
